Den Helder | Ritmeesterweg

Recently FiberCore Europe, together with Anton Groep, installed this durable prefab composite bridge on the Ritmeesterweg in the new housing estate Nieuw Den Helder for the Municipality of Den Helder. The bridge with a free span of 21 meters and is 4.5 meters wide, is designed for bicycle and pedestrian traffic, but can also accommodate a service vehicle of 6 tons and there is even allowance for an 'unintended vehicle' of 12 tons. The bridge was installed in just a few minutes. This is due in part to the very low weight of the bridge.
