As Commercial manager, your assignment is to further strengthen FiberCore Europe's market position in the Dutch market. You translate the strategy into a professional and market-oriented sales operation in your region. Together with your colleagues in the sales team you focus on the needs of our customers. You actively focus on the North region.

What will you do?

• You develop and maintain relationships with FiberCore Europe's key accounts; Gives real depth to the relationship and your customers appreciate this in you.
• You listen to customers and ask through to really understand them well.
• You set yourself ambitious goals and make every effort to achieve them;
• You initiate the development of new products and markets if possible together with customers;
• You work with colleagues other departments (Engineering, Production) to surprise your customer with great proposals every time. You have thought of everything!
• You are on the road a lot, going to clients, consultancies and knowledge networks and are proud to represent an innovative company like FiberCore Europe
• You will work partly from home and partly from Rotterdam

You will spar with and report to the Sales Manager and you will be part of the Sales team consisting of three other colleagues. You are the first point of contact for our customers in the North region.

What do you bring?

• A completed college or university degree in commercial or civil engineering or a similar level background in the Composite sector
• You know the infra and civil engineering market and understand government procurement systems;
• You have a clear innovative vision of (online) marketing/advertising;
• You work independently, are enterprising and communicate easily and respectfully at all levels;
• You have rock-solid commercial acumen;
• You have been working in a commercial-technical environment for about 5- 10 years;
• You speak and write English well.
