Our vision

Unlike conventional bridge materials (wood, concrete and steel), composite bridges last more than 100 years, requiring virtually no maintenance. A sustainable solution. With the development of InfraCore technology, which makes it possible to make safe and robust composite panels, FiberCore has spent the past 15 years putting composite on the map in the Netherlands as a reliable and durable construction material for infrastructure. Interest in composite is also growing in the rest of the world. As a knowledge leader in the industry, FiberCore continues to develop and we are constantly working to further develop the sustainability of its products and materials. With the development of pioneering concepts, such as SUREbridge for upgrading, extending the lifespan and reinforcing concrete bridge structures, FiberCore is doing its bit for a sustainable, circular society.

Safety

We manufacture and (in some cases) install our own products. The basic principle is that all work is carried out safely.
In doing so, we not only comply with legal requirements but also:

• Prevent any kind of personal injury and damage to people's health;
• Prevent adverse effects on the environment and damage to property of ourselves or others;
• Achieves controlled business processes and continuous improvement.

Quality

We hold quality in high regard. This manifests itself not only in high-quality products that last a lifetime. There is continuous process improvement in the company, based on good internal quality and process control.

We communicate transparently with stakeholders about these processes and fulfill agreements and contractual obligations in such a way that we meet their expectations.

We have quality and safety of our processes audited by external parties as evidenced by our ISO-9001 and VCA** certificates.

CSR: corporate social responsibility

We treat people and the environment responsibly. We offer opportunities for employees from outside the Netherlands. We work closely with research institutions, offer internship and graduate opportunities and organize webinars for various levels of education.

In addition, our products contribute to the livability of our environment and accessibility of cities through - among other things - their easy transport and assembly methods, long lifespan and low CO2 emissions. Thus, our products fit perfectly within the current frameworks regarding circularity.

Innovation

We have put composite on the map with our innovative InfraCore® technology. Innovation is in our company's DNA. Composite has thus become a mature construction material in the civil sector, alongside concrete, steel and wood. Innovation shows itself not only in our InfraCore®technology, but also in the solutions we manage to present to the market time and again. The development of SUREbridge is a striking example of this.

To this end, we collaborate with renowned partners in both private and public sectors, especially educational institutions (such as KU Leuven, Chalmers Gothenburg, Windesheim Zwolle and TU Delft).
